It appears to be that way. For those of you who have bought the Infinite Undiscovery game already, if you take the time to look at your manual (I know some people don’t…I’m guilty) it shows a brief advertisement for Star Ocean: The Last Hope. It also shows in the bottom corner that it’s a Xbox 360 Exclusive.
This makes me wonder what other Sony Exclusives could possibly be coming to Xbox 360…
