This part is not a rumor…according to project lead Mike Booth, Left 4 Dead has been confirmed for a November 4th release date.
Now, on to the rumor part: We know that 4-player online co-op has been confirmed for the game. But now, rumors on the internet are saying that there will be a split-screen 2 player ‘local’ co-op as well. Which is fine by me, I’d enjoy that just as much as playing online (but…4 players are obviously cooler than 2 player).
Whether true or not…only time will tell and we’ll be here to confirm or deny this rumor when it’s announced.
