Entertainment Weekly’s 1000th Historic Issue List The Top 50 Games Of The Last 25 Years

Entertainment Weekly has hit it’s 1000th issue published.  They named off the best books, movies, tv shows, albums, video games of the past 25 years. Writers Geoff Keighley, Wook Kim and Gary Eng Walk were in charge of going through the past 25 years in gaming to come up with a list of games that are iconic and legendary.

Do you agree with their choices?  Is there any games that aren’t up there that you think should be up there?  A couple that stick out in my mind are the Baldur’s Gate franchise on PC and also Fable which appeared on PC & Xbox.  But through and through, it’s a very solid list that’s really hard to disagree with.
